The shamanic journey is one of the most remarkable visionary methods used to explore the hidden universe. Using the beat of the drum, we enter an altered state of consciousness to gain access to non-ordinary reality to receive direct spiritual guidance and assistance.  In the journey it is possible to meet one's power animals and spirit guides and receive healing and messages which can help us in our daily lives. 

Journeying is a core shamanic skill that will empower you on your path of discovery.

No prior experience with shamanism is required.

What to Bring 

• a personal eye covering; 
• a blanket, drum and/or rattle if you wish, for a short period of group drumming.
• a notebook and pen for recording your journey.
• your favorite meditation stones or crystals, if any.
• Item of choice to add to the altar if desired

What to Wear 

• light colored clothing preferred to help maintain and balance warm energy
• comfortable clothing to easily sit down and rise from the floor chair 
• easily removable shoes (prepare to remove your footwear a the door)
