"I experienced the warmth on my arms and lower back. They were bothering me a lot. I saw and heard all my oved ones. I also experienced some sadness in the beats as my body was leaving things behind. I can't say what now, but I could sense it was a departure cause I got a little scared. My breathing was anxious. I loved that my body felt better as the heat got hotter. All in all, a wonderful experience. I would suggest this kind of loving gift to oneself for sure."
