Guided meditation is a process by which participants meditate in response to the verbal instruction provided by a guide either in person or via sound recording combined with meditation music or instrumental sounds.

Meeting Schedule:
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday
Session 1: 6:30 pm
There will be no entry access after 6:45 pm.
Session 2: 8:00 pm
There will be no entry access after 8:15 pm.
Participant Limit: 15
What to bring:
- A personal blindfold if desired
- Wear comfortable clothing
- A journal to write your experiences (if desired)
- Your favorite gemstone or crystal (if desired for meditation)
